Today I met an incredibly well dressed gentlemen on a Parisian street, possibly leaving from one of the menswear shows. We just looked at each others sartorial choices and slowly nodded to each other. I have never met him before and probably never will again, but this was such a moment that I will not forget. I kind of felt what Baudelaire writes about in his poem À une passante describing the impact a stylish woman had on him. Evoking the silhouette, the poise, the movement of the clothes, the moment.
