Dried tear [by Lita Cabellut] explores the cross-over between the East and the West without giving explicit statement about it. The title refers to the infinite injustice that –mainly done to women- from childhood and onward, like misuse, pain because of imposed (beauty) ideals and forced ambitions and subservience. All this suffering is endured in silence, the tear has dried and is carried in silent resistance.
